If you're of my generation, you may have fond memories of Prince. Sure, he’s kind of tired. Hell, he’s 50 now!
He’s not the best lyricist and his stuff can be uneven. Still...I liked the idea that he was racy and openminded.
Who knew that the person who wrote this:

To me, Prince will always be Purple Rain. His best work by far. Even the lyrics on that album are decent. But you are right, he never has been strong with words.
I slowly became more annoyed by his antics as time went on. Sadly, I think he's a shell of his former self now. That Super Bowl performance he did a couple years ago was impressive.
